Single and Multi Chamber Systems
Many of our systems are built with the objective of checking a single part at a time for leaks. This can range from testing partially finished components to finished parts. We design the system components such as leak detectors and chambers around throughput needs. These systems are frequently integrated with various forms of automation for safe, dependable, traceable testing.
Hybrid Bombing and Leak Detection Systems
Small, fully enclosed parts are often easily tested en masse. Our hybrid bombing and leak detection system allows an operator to prepare up to several hundred parts for leak testing at a time. Once the bombing process is complete, the parts are tested in small batches. Bombing components are sized to prepare sufficient quantity of parts to allow for continuous leak testing.
Integration and Traceability
