We carry large (SCM-A81) and small (SCM-A82) mist eliminators as well as replacement cartridges (large PSG925/small GL915). Mist eliminators are configured for NW25 fittings.
Inline filters are available with either the same inlet and outlet size or can be configured with different inlet and outlet sizes to also function as a reducer. The filter is equipped with 3.1µm pore size filter media. Available in either anodized aluminum or stainless steel with NW16, NW25, NW40 and NW50 inlet/outlet sizes.
These replacement filters (CMF-153) will fit most Spectro Physics chambers as well as our Inline Filters. These are sold in quantities of 20 or 50. When you order 50 we will include 4 additional filters for free. Our older CMF-113 (oval) and CM-123 (small) filters are also available.
These bellows vacuum valves are sourced from Key High Vacuum Products and are subsequently modified for increased reliability.
This rebuild kit includes a replacement piston, spring, and o-rings to give your valve a new life (only use with our Modified Key High Vacuum bellows valve).
Our test point manifold was designed to reduce system maintenance needs and with quick changes in mind. Connection is easily made to the roughing system, leak detector, test chamber, and auxiliary systems.
Our calibration manifold provides a stable mounting point for calibrated leaks while integrating vent and test functions.
